Your questions, answered
Who can enter?
Australian residents aged 18 or over. Àerre employees, contractors and agencies involved in the promotion, and their family and household members, can't enter.
When can I enter?
From 12:00am AEDT on 2 November 2026 until 11:59:59pm AEDT on 26 December 2026 (Sydney time).
Do I have to buy something?
No. Signing up to both Àerre email and SMS marketing gets you 1 free entry. Shopping earns more entries: 10, 20 or 30 per order depending on what you spend.
I ordered online or in-store. Do I need to do anything?
No, purchase entries are added automatically. The person named on the order is the entrant, so make sure your name and contact details are on the order. If you're buying in-store, give our team your details at the counter.
What counts towards my spend?
The amount you pay for products after discounts, including GST. Delivery and handling fees, gift card purchases and free items don't count. Paying with a gift card still counts.
Can I add up separate orders to reach a higher tier?
No. Each order earns entries on its own, based on the highest tier that order reaches.
I'm already subscribed. Can I still get the free entry?
If you're already subscribed to both email and SMS, you won't get the free signup entry, but every order you place during the promotion still earns entries. If you're only subscribed to one, sign up to the other during the promotion to earn your free entry.
If I unsubscribe later, do I lose my entry?
No. Once you've earned your signup entry, unsubscribing doesn't remove it.
What happens if I return something?
If you're refunded before the draw, your entries are recalculated based on what you kept. Swapping a faulty item for the same product doesn't affect your entries.
When is the draw and how will I know if I've won?
The winner is drawn at 12:00pm AEDT on 29 December 2026 and will be contacted by phone and email within two days. The winner will be published on this page by 30 December 2026.
Do I have to travel to Paris on the hotel dates?
The hotel stay is fixed for 4–5 January 2027. If those dates don't work, the winner can take $242.92 cash instead. The $20,000 cash and $2,000 Flight Centre gift card are yours either way.
Are flights included?
Flights aren't booked for you. The $2,000 Flight Centre gift card can be put towards flights, stays or both. Anything above the card balance, plus passports, visas, insurance, transfers and spending money, is up to the winner.
Who do I contact with questions?

2 Eligibility and entry
2.1 The Promoter, people conducting or determining the outcome of the promotion, and directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter or agencies directly involved in the promotion are ineligible. Their family and household members are also ineligible. Family includes a spouse or partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew and first cousin, including step, adoptive and corresponding in-law relationships.
2.2 An eligible person may enter in either or both of the following ways during the promotion period, using their own accurate name and contact details:
2.2(a) Signup entry: complete a qualifying subscription to both the Promoter's email and SMS marketing through the signup pop-up on https://aerre.co. This earns one free entry per person with no purchase required. If email and SMS subscriptions occur at different times, only the later signup that completes subscription to both channels counts, and that completion must occur during the promotion period. A person subscribed to only one channel before the promotion may qualify by subscribing to the other during the promotion while the first subscription remains active. Existing subscriptions to both channels at the start of the promotion do not automatically earn an entry. Merely submitting details again while already subscribed to both does not constitute a new qualifying signup. Repeat signups do not earn additional signup entries. A subsequent unsubscribe does not invalidate an entry already earned.
2.2(b) Purchase entries: successfully place and pay for an order of qualifying products through the eligible website or in-store from the Promoter to receive entries under the tiers in the schedule. The customer named on the order is the entrant, and no marketing subscription is required. By participating, the entrant agrees to these terms, which are available before entry or purchase.
2.3 Qualifying spend is the amount charged for qualifying products after discounts, including GST where applicable. Delivery, handling fees, other charges, gift-card purchases and non-qualifying products do not count. A gift card used as payment for qualifying products does not reduce qualifying spend. Free products add no qualifying spend. Product prices are not increased to fund entries and there is no separate entry fee.
2.4 Subject to the overall cap, an order receives the number of entries shown in the highest purchase tier it reaches. Each person may receive a maximum of 300 entries across signup and purchase entries combined, regardless of how many email addresses or phone numbers they use. The signup entry is limited to one per person and counts towards the 300-entry cap. After applying eligibility and refund rules, purchase entries are allocated in order of transaction timestamp up to the remaining cap: 299 purchase entries for a person with a valid signup entry, or 300 for a person without one. If an order's normal tier allocation would exceed the remaining cap, only the remaining entries are allocated; subsequent orders earn no further entries once the cap is reached. The cap limits entries, not the number of purchases. Each allocated entry is a separate chance of equal weight. Apart from the signup entry described in the schedule, no undisclosed multipliers, bonus entries or discretionary allocations apply. Orders cannot be combined retrospectively to reach a higher tier.
2.5 The website order timestamp or in-store transaction timestamp determines whether an order falls within the promotion period. Orders before opening, after closing, unsuccessful payments and uncompleted carts do not qualify. For signup entries, Klaviyo subscription records determine when the person completed the qualifying subscription to both email and SMS under clause 2.2(a); timestamps will be assessed against the promotion's AEDT opening and closing instants. Entry confirmation for a qualifying order will state the order and allocated entry count, subject to the overall cap and final reconciliation under clause 2.4. A confirmation error does not remove an otherwise valid entry or create an entitlement to invalid entries.
2.6 Before the draw, a cancelled order or failed or reversed payment does not qualify. If qualifying products are refunded before the draw, the Promoter recalculates the retained qualifying spend and adjusts the entry count. A replacement of a faulty product with an equivalent product does not itself remove entries. These rules do not limit refund, replacement or other rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2.7 Entrants should retain their order confirmation or in-store receipt and contact hello@aerre.co promptly about entry discrepancies. The Promoter will reconcile the entry pool and correct substantiated allocation errors before drawing. If a material error cannot be resolved in time, or is discovered after the draw, the Promoter will take lawful corrective action and obtain any required regulatory approvals or directions before changing the draw or its outcome. Affected entrants will be informed. Entrants are not disqualified merely because they raise a complaint or exercise a statutory consumer right.
2.8 The Promoter may reasonably verify identity, age, Australian residency and the qualifying signup or purchase. It may reject entries involving proven fraud, false identity, deliberate manipulation or failure to satisfy these terms, and will record the reason. A material dispute will be handled under clause 5 and any applicable regulator directions. No purchase is required to validate or claim a signup entry, and no additional purchase or payment is required to validate or claim a purchase entry or prize.
3 Prize conditions
3.1 One eligible winner receives all three components. The prize pool is not allocated separately by state or territory. The prize will be awarded regardless of the number or value of purchases, provided at least one valid entry is received.
3.2 The cash component is A$20,000, paid in full by electronic transfer to an account nominated and verified by the winner at an authorised deposit-taking institution, or another lawful method agreed with the winner. The Promoter will not deduct an administration or transfer fee. The cash may be used for any purpose and is not conditional on booking or taking travel, making further purchases or agreeing to publicity or marketing.
3.3 The travel component is an A$2,000 Australian Flight Centre gift card issued by Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, purchased on Oct 1, 2026, valid for three years from that date and expiring on Oct 1, 2029. It is redeemable at company-owned Flight Centre, Travel Associates and Cruiseabout stores in Australia, in store, by phone or email, and at flightcentre.com.au. Online redemption covers flights, stays, flights with travel insurance, and combined flights and stays. Booking conditions and fees apply: Flight Centre's travel-expert fee is A$29–A$99 per person per booking, capped at two people; its online flight-booking fee is A$29–A$59 per booking. The card can be used in part, with remaining credit available until expiry; no change or refund of expired credit is provided. It cannot be reloaded or exchanged for cash, cash-equivalent products or other gift cards. A PIN is required. Lost or stolen cards may not be replaced; lost PINs cannot be replaced. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected. Full Flight Centre Gift Card Terms of Use apply and are available before entry.
3.4 The gift card is credit towards eligible travel purchases under its stated conditions. It is not a confirmed flight booking. Any booking cost above the available card balance is the winner's responsibility. No particular departure point, flight, airline, fare class or number of travellers is included unless expressly stated in the prize description.
3.5 The accommodation component is one night at B Montmartre, 6 Rue Lecluse, Paris, 75017 France, in a Classic Double or Twin Room for two people, valued at A$242.92. Check-in is Monday Jan 4, 2027 and check-out is Tuesday Jan 5, 2027, being local dates in Paris. The stay dates are fixed and cannot be changed.
3.5(a) Paris tourist tax is excluded and payable directly to the hotel in euros on arrival. Under the published 2027 tariff for four-star hotels, it is €8.45 per adult per night (€16.90 for two adults for this one-night stay), subject to legislative changes and applicable exemptions. Any Australian-dollar equivalent depends on the exchange rate and payment fees at the time of payment. No hotel tourist tax is payable by a winner who receives the cash alternative instead.
3.5(b) To keep the hotel booking, the initial winner must expressly confirm this in writing to hello@aerre.co by 23:59:59 AEDT on Jan 1, 2027. The winner may instead request A$242.92 cash by that deadline. If the Promoter has not received written confirmation to keep the booking by the deadline, it will automatically cancel the room booking and replace the accommodation component with A$242.92 cash. No request for the cash alternative is required in that case.
3.5(c) The automatic cash alternative also applies to a valid initial winner who claims after the hotel-confirmation deadline and to any unclaimed-prize draw winner. It is paid in the same way as the A$20,000 cash component, in addition to that amount, and is not conditional on the hotel refunding the Promoter. Failure to confirm the hotel does not invalidate the winner's other prize components or shorten the applicable prize-claim period.
3.6 If the winner confirms that they wish to keep the hotel by the deadline, the Promoter will arrange the booking in the winner's name and supply a usable booking confirmation and the applicable hotel conditions before check-in. If the Promoter cannot provide the promised usable accommodation, it will instead provide A$242.92 cash, subject to applicable law and required approvals. The winner is responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, transport, additional accommodation, meals, personal expenses and the disclosed tourist tax except to the extent expressly included. No fee is payable to the Promoter simply to accept the prize.
3.7 The A$20,000 cash and A$2,000 gift card remain payable whether the winner keeps the hotel booking or receives its cash alternative. The winner is not required to spend the cash on travel. The winner receives either the hotel entitlement or its A$242.92 cash alternative, not both. If a winner confirms that they wish to keep the hotel and subsequently does not use the supplied booking, its disclosed supplier conditions and applicable law govern that unused entitlement; the other prize components are unaffected.
3.8 Non-cash components are not redeemable for cash from the Promoter unless required by law or agreed as a lawful substitution, unless otherwise specified in this document. If a component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, any replacement will comply with applicable law and required regulatory approvals and will be of equal or greater value. The winner's written agreement will be obtained where required. There is no unilateral right to reduce the cash amount or total prize value.
3.9 A change in market price does not reduce the promised entitlement. The Promoter remains responsible for supplying the described prize, subject to applicable law; supplier terms do not remove the winner's statutory rights.
4 Draw and prize claiming
4.1 At the scheduled draw, one winning entry will be selected randomly from all valid allocated entries. Each valid entry has an equal chance. An entrant's overall chance depends on their valid entry count relative to the total valid entries. Attendance at the draw, watching a broadcast or answering a telephone call immediately is not required to win.
4.2 The draw will be conducted electronically using the RANDOM.ORG Integer Generator, in the presence and under the supervision of a person independent of the Promoter and the conduct of the promotion. The following procedure will apply:
4.2(a) After entries close, the Promoter will export Klaviyo subscription records and compile a signup spreadsheet with one row for each eligible person who completed a qualifying email and SMS signup during the promotion period under clause 2.2. Duplicate signup records will be reconciled so that each person receives no more than one signup entry. A valid signup entry will remain included if the person subsequently unsubscribed. Each qualifying person will be assigned one unique consecutive integer from 1 to X, where X is the total number of qualifying signup entries.
4.2(b) The Promoter will compile orders placed online and in-store during the promotion period into a second spreadsheet, with one row per order. After applying the eligibility, payment, qualifying-spend and pre-draw refund rules in clause 2, a formula will calculate each order's entry count, Y(n), using the published tiers and the per-person overall cap in clause 2.4. Orders will be grouped by entrant and processed in order of transaction timestamp; each entrant's valid signup entry, if any, counts towards their 300-entry cap. The capped order-entry counts will be finalised before number ranges are assigned. An order with no valid entries will receive no numbers. Z will equal X plus the sum of all valid purchase-entry counts.
4.2(c) Each order with valid entries will be assigned a consecutive number range containing exactly Y(n) integers. The first range starts at X + 1. Each later range starts immediately after the preceding range ends. For every order, the ending number equals its starting number plus Y(n) minus 1. These ranges will cover every integer from X + 1 to Z exactly once, with no gaps or overlaps. If X is zero, the first purchase range starts at 1. Before drawing, the Promoter will reconcile and freeze the spreadsheets, entry counts and number assignments.
4.2(d) At the scheduled draw, the Promoter will use the RANDOM.ORG Integer Generator to generate one fresh random integer between 1 and Z, inclusive. If the number is at most X, it identifies the matching signup row. Otherwise, it identifies the unique order whose starting number is at most the number drawn and whose ending number is at least that number. The corresponding eligible person is the provisional winner, subject to verification under clause 2.8. The first valid result determines the winner.
4.2(e) Any invalid entry or ineligible entrant will be dealt with under these terms and applicable law, with the reason recorded. Where further selection is permitted, affected numbers will be marked as excluded without changing the remaining number assignments or the original 1-to-Z range. The same random selection will be repeated, disregarding excluded numbers, until a valid entry is selected. Every result and reason for disregarding it will be recorded. There will be no discretionary repeat selection. If Z is zero, or no valid entries remain, no selection will be made and any prize treatment will follow applicable law and regulator directions.
4.2(f) The Promoter will retain the source exports, reconciled spreadsheets, formula calculations, final numbered entry pool, random-generator settings and outputs, verification records, exclusions and supervisor's record. Where practicable the public may witness the draw; otherwise an auditable record will be retained for regulators.
4.3 The winner will be notified directly by phone and in writing by email, within two calendar days after the draw. The notice will identify the prize, verification steps, claim contact and delivery arrangements. Reasonable further contact attempts will be made if the winner does not respond. Results will be available to entrants on request within seven days of determination.
4.4 Results will be published at the results website specified in the schedule. The first-name initial, surname and postcode will be published to the extent permitted and required by applicable law and permit conditions. The Promoter will honour a permitted request for nonpublication and seek regulator directions if a request conflicts with another applicable publication requirement. Unnecessary personal information will not be published.
4.5 The winner must contact hello@aerre.co by the applicable initial or redraw claim deadline in the schedule and provide reasonable information needed to verify eligibility and transfer the prize. The Promoter will pay or transfer the prize as soon as practicable and, for a readily identifiable winner, within 28 days after the relevant draw, without waiting until the claim deadline. A retained hotel booking will be delivered before check-in as required by clause 3.6. The earlier hotel-confirmation deadline in clause 3.5 affects only the choice between the hotel and its cash alternative; it does not shorten the main prize-claim period.
4.6 If the Promoter cannot identify, locate or complete delivery to the winner despite reasonable efforts, it will preserve the prize, record its contact attempts and follow applicable law and regulator directions. An identified winner is not automatically replaced solely for missing the claim deadline where the applicable rules do not permit that replacement. If there is no prize winner, or the winner cannot be found, that fact will be published on the results website.
4.7 If the prize remains unclaimed at the initial claim deadline and an unclaimed-prize draw is legally permitted, the Promoter will conduct that draw at the scheduled time and address using the procedure in clause 4.2, subject to necessary regulatory approvals and directions. It will use the original numbered entry pool, with invalid entries and entries of anyone whose entitlement has lawfully been forfeited marked as excluded. Excluded numbers will be disregarded as described in clause 4.2(e). No new purchases or entries are accepted for the redraw.
4.8 A redraw winner will be notified by phone and in writing by email within two calendar days. The redraw winner must claim by the separate redraw claim deadline in the schedule, subject to clause 4.6. Publication will occur as specified in the schedule and payment or transfer as required by clause 4.5; the hotel component will be replaced with A$242.92 cash under clause 3.5. If the prize remains unclaimed after the redraw claim deadline, the Promoter will preserve it, continue reasonable contact efforts and obtain any required regulator directions or approvals before further disposition or another draw. Any further draw arrangements and results will be published on the results website as required. The Promoter will not retain the prize merely because it is unclaimed.
5 Administration privacy and consumer rights
5.1 The Promoter will collect and use the entrant's order and contact information to allocate entries, administer and audit the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes and comply with legal obligations. Information may be shared for those purposes with the independent scrutineer, prize suppliers, service providers and regulators. Privacy policy: https://aerre.co/policies/privacy-policy. Privacy contact: hello@aerre.co. Any overseas disclosure associated with the French hotel or other suppliers will be handled under that policy and applicable law.
5.2 A purchase entry is not conditional on consenting to marketing. The signup entry requires subscribing to the Promoter's email and SMS marketing, and the signup form will state this clearly. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not invalidate an entry already allocated. The winner's participation in photographs, interviews, testimonials or other additional publicity is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the prize, apart from lawful winner-publication requirements.
5.3 Promotion records will be held securely for the periods required by applicable law, including at least seven years after all prizes are awarded or otherwise lawfully disposed of where the NT recordkeeping rule applies. Access will be restricted to legitimate administration, compliance and dispute purposes. Information no longer required will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable law.
5.4 If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation. Changes will be communicated to affected entrants. This clause does not permit cancellation for low sales, undisclosed changes to entry tiers or arbitrary reduction of prizes.
5.5 Questions and complaints may be sent to hello@aerre.co. The Promoter will acknowledge complaints within five business days and aim to provide a reasoned response within 20 business days, advising the entrant if more time is reasonably needed. An entrant may seek assistance from the relevant regulator or exercise available legal rights. No Promoter decision overrides those rights.
5.6 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. These terms are subject to applicable Commonwealth, state and territory laws and binding permit conditions. The Promoter will obtain required approvals or directions to resolve any inconsistency rather than retrospectively impose an undisclosed disadvantage on entrants.
5.7 The promotion is administered by the Promoter identified in the schedule. Any social-media platform used to communicate it is not the entry administrator. Any supplier or platform affiliation will be described only to the extent it actually exists.
